Steve Says

In order to use our Professional Kitchen Studio, chefs must have a Kitchen Safety Certificate. All professional food handlers have this certification. If you are an amateur cook, and want to do a cooking show at MVTV, we offer a mini-course to ensure your safety in this environment. (For instance, the dishwasher heats to 195 degrees!)

Call Steve at 508-696-9760 for more information.

MVTV has a new toy! Our  new DJI Osmo Mobile handle automatically keeps your smartphone camera like a professional camera, with dedicated buttons for the Shutter and Record, as well a manual ISO, Shutter and White Balance settings. You have to see the video you can shoot with your very own phone to believe it!

Check in with Carl at 508-696-9760 for a hands-on demonstration today!

Wow! Things at MVTV are ramping up! The community has really been in attendance at MVTV! We are completing collaborations with the Edgartown School and The Charter School. We will be beginning a new collaboration with the Chilmark School. The kitchen is finished and we are excited to have great interest! After ironing out a few wrinkles in terms of production, look forward to an open house to invite the general public and the press here on the island to come and see what’s new! Our state of the art brand new kitchen is what’s new! And, we have made it very accessible to members of our community who wish to show everyone   their culinary skills!
