Artist Agreement

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement Between MVTV and Exhibiting Artists

A. INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MVTV, Martha's Vineyard Community Television, its officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, liens, judgments, damages, losses and expenses arising in whole or in part and in any manner from acts, omissions, breach or default of MVTV in connection with, and in consideration of, a showing of the Artist's work at the premises of MVTV, 58 Edgartown Vineyard Haven Road, Oak Bluffs, MA 02557.

B. INSURANCE

The Artist hereby agrees that he/she will either:

1. obtain and keep in force an insurance policy to cover his/her liability hereunder or

2. will waive an insurance policy and will hold him/herself liable for any damages and/or losses involved in the showing of artwork at MVTV,
and will defend and hold harmless MVTV for any property damage or losses.
*I understand and agree that electronically typing my name  constitutes a legally binding signature. I agree that the electronically stored copy of my signature, authorizations, and documents will be considered the true, accurate, and enforceable record. I will not contest the admissibility or enforceability of these documents.
