Introduction
Anne Whiting called the meeting to order at 1:34 p.m.
Fred Hancock made a motion to accept the 2.27.26 MVTV Board Meeting Minutes. Ann Bassett seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor with Rebecca Barca Tinus and Geoffrey Parkhurst abstaining.

Executive Director’s Report
37 Weeks Lane Joe Schott Update
Joe Schott gave the MVTV Board a power presentation update about the construction at 37 Weeks Lane. Joe Schott hopes to have the project done by August, the MVTV board had a discussion about the update.
Michelle Vivian spoke about her and Shavanae Anderson attending the NAB conference at the end of April. They are looking at new studio cameras and looking for more information about the future ADA requirements.
MVTV has received two applications for the Jonathan Revere Scholarship; Bryan Fernandez and Samily Guimaraes, both who have worked with MVTV.
Peter Vincent made a motion to give both Bryan Fernandez and Samily Guimaraes $2000.00 each at the start of their second semester. Ann Bassett seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor,

Michelle Vivian will write up a letter describing the Jonathan Revere Scholarship to each recipient.
Michelle Vivian presented to the MVTV Board the new MVTV branding images and update on the new Website. The MVTV Board had a discussion about the new images, which will be chosen at a later date.
Executive Directors Report
Anne Whiting spoke about Bailey Bobcat Services cleaning up the front area and driveway of MVTV.
MVTV Employee Housing Details and Lease Amount
Anne Whiting and the MVTV Board went over the 37 Weeks Lane two new apartments employee details and lease agreements. Hospice is currently paying $2,200.00 a month for the two-bedroom house. Anne Whiting suggested a rental amount for MVTV Employees of $1,500.00 a month plus utilities. The MVTV Board had a discussion about the amount.
Peter Vincent made a motion to charge MVTV Employees $1,500.00 a month plus utilities at the new 37 Weeks Lane Apartments. Ann Bassett seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.

Peter Vincent made a motion for adjournment at 2:37 p.m. Fred Hancock seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
