MVTV Board Members Present: Richard Knabel, Peter Vincent, Fred Hancock, Ann Bassett, Anne Whiting, Helen Green, Leon Brathwaite
MVTV Board Members Not Present: Bob Tankard, Marco Rivera, Geoffrey Parkhurst, and Rebecca Barca-Tinus

Introduction
Anne Whiting called the meeting to order at 1:36 p.m.
Ann Bassett made a motion to accept the 4.7.26 MVTV Board Meeting Minutes. Richard Knabel seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
Vote: 7- In Favor, 0 - Against, 0 - Abstentions
Executive Director’s Report
Joe Schott gave the MVTV Board an update about the 37 Weeks Lane Project. Fifty Line Items to finish for the construction portion of the project.
MVTV renewed its rental lease with MV Hospice on May 1st, 2026.
Chairman’s Report
The next MVTV Board meeting will be 6.9.26 at 1:30 p.m.
Scholarship Update
MVTV has received another application for the Jonathan Revere Scholarship. The MVTV Board had a discussion about the application.
Richard Knabel made a motion to award Ashley Rose Silva $2,000.00. Peter Vincent seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous in favor.
Vote: 7- In Favor, 0 - Against, 0 - Abstentions
Leon Brathwaite left the meeting at 1:55 p.m.
Jesse Hayes gave the MVTV Board an update about the new website design. Jesse Hayes showed the MVTV board the new website. The MVTV Board had a discussion, and gave some
edits for Jesse Hayes. The new MVTV website can continue to grow as MVTV grows, and will hopefully be launching in two weeks.
Shavanae Anderson and Michelle Vivian-Jemison gave the MVTV Board an update about their trip to the NAB Conference. Shavanae Anderson spoke about new cameras, editing software, and closed captioning.

Peter Vincent made a motion for adjournment at 2:30 p.m. Ann Bassett seconded the motion. The meeting closed at 2:30 p.m.
